Great interest rates, brilliantly helpful staff

At a time when Bank of England interest rates were regularly changing, I went to invest in a fixed term savings plan. The staff I spoke to advised me holding on for a few days as they foresaw another increase in rates coming. I followed their advice and was happily rewarded. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Amazing throughout

I opened a savers account as a grandmother for my grandson born last year! Looked around a lot I have to say! But Suffolk Building Society far exceeded my expectations! Always helpful and patient

I have trust funds for my grandchildren, although I don’t visit my local branch very often when I do they always have time to discuss any concerns I might have with their funds and explain things clearly to me. They always take time and patience which is sadly lacking with so many other organisations now. I for one appreciate them greatly. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
