Simple Banking

Setting up this account was painful, following time after time the different poorly explained steps to get started without indication of why it didn't work or how to fix it. Eventually I phoned the helpline and I was told everything was ok and it started working mysteriously. I almost opened a different account based purely on the lack of respect and consideration for it's customers both during and after setup. This however was the last problem I had to overcome the app is easy to use payments and balance checks are easy I'm glad I overcome the completly insulting disregard for their customers and gave them a go.
