Good services, except you can't connect easily to FreeAgent

I use Metro Bank for over a year now and I am generally happy. Sign up took about 3 hours in the local branch. They were nice, but this could have been faster. Ever since I haven't had to meet anyone. All is good with their services, but I would love to connect my account to FreeAgent which is only possible today via a 3rd party (Yoodle) which unfortunately I don't think is secure enough :( All other banks were able to do it properly, so I think Metro Bank would need to pay more attention to this too. I would also love if Metro Bank would make it possible to sign up online for a business credit card which is only possible if I would visit my local branch which I am not willing to do while COVID is around.
