Excellent Zopa!

Zopa are excellent both in the credit card sense and also this new debit card/bank account too! Any questions I have had are responded to quickly and I feel as if I have someone directly in front of me rather than an automated bot where I have to go through menu’s Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Beyond excellent service with Zopa at all points.

Beyond excellent service with Zopa at all points. Whether its needing simple information like my account balance or when it comes to doing payments - everything is super-easy and its without all that fancy financial-jargon, or if there is any it is explained in a way that is easy to understand so that you know what is what. Excellent credit provider

From applying to then using the Zopa Credit card, everything is laid out plain and simple. You can see what you owe, easily manage your card in the app and make early payments if you want - nice and easy! No weird financial-jargon either, everything is in plain english and if you need help? Its a few taps away in their app! Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Zopa, fair and easy!

Zopa were very fair and easy to me when i made my application. They took my financial circumstances which i admit werent in the best of shape and they, in my opinion at least, fairly assessed me and gave me a chance. Since then i get regular updates about my 'borrowing power' with regards to other Zopa products so that i know as things improve? More options will become open to me! Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
