so i had a lady called alex look at my loan application on the first call she had an attitude the first 5mins untill i explained my situation... i had ccjs on my file going back years but this alex made me feel degraded.. i then said ok I'm really not bothered about going through with application.. she then said still agood chance I'd be offered the loan.. on her getting back to me a few days later she asked for proof of building work i wanted loan for so i emailed over to her then 2 days later wanted more proof! Regardless of what you spend the loan on her priority should be can this person pay it back... then spoke to alex again she was insistent of reminding me of how a bank would totally never off me a loan not in a million years!! How degraded i felt!! Then at end of call she gets my hopes up again and tells me she will speak to her manager and get back to me but never did i had the embarrassment of trying to call her for answer of loan! The answer was no in the end... the stress is not worth it... i certainly will be coming away from this company after the way alex made me feel...
