Easy to open account and manage online

Opened a fixed 5 year account.Opened easily online very easy to monitor account interest paid yearly very promptly I am very impressed by their interest rates, clear information about account online, easy to manage.I received written confirmation of account details and dates interest would be paid and the exact amount. As everything has run so smoothly I have had no reason to contact their customer service team.I would be happy to recommend them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022

Great interest rate with easy set up

I need to invest money I had inherited upon the death of a loved one. I found the close brothers saving account via the Martin Lewis website.I set up the account online and transferred my money into my new account electronically. The whole process was simple and straightforward, the communication from Close brothers was comprehensive. I would recommend them to my family and friends.During the covid pandemic it has been especially important to be able to open accounts online where no human contact is involved.
