Credit builder! Don’t make me laugh.

Was offered credit increase, turned out to be an invite to apply for credit increase. Wanted SA tax return for affordability check but they couldn’t understand it. ( it was generated by HMRC! ) I told them I no longer wished to apply for an increase and to delete my tax return. Credit score reduced by 89! Then they write to me to say sorry but they cannot offer an increase. Never responded to complaint. Vanquis can feck right off. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
