Opening of new account and online registration

I rang Alton branch and was sent an introductory pack. The member of staff was very helpful and he outlined the accounts .I was surprised at the pack as no other bank or building society has sent such comprehensive information .I opened the account quickly by post and have had all the information to open online transactions.
