I feel really secure at Metro Bank. Their modern approach such as your picture on the teller's screen when you present your card should be universal across the banking world. Their customer attention when visiting a branch is helpful and re-assuring. You clearly matter to the bank as acustomer and it is all professional and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you.
