Rare customer service

Opened an account with Metro as my current bank has closed many branches and reduced services. So far very happy with the service, staff pleasant and helpful at Metro bank. Short waiting times and can speak to a cashier instead of using a machine. Also they are open on weekends which is a big bonus. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021
