Friendly and helpful staff

The staff at my local branch are friendly and helpful. When I asked about making a large payment to a garage for a car I was advised about the best way to do it and also suggested that until I was ready to pay I should move the money to a savings account as it would be safer and earning interest. Great if you pay in full

Never had any problems. By paying balance in full each month no cost to me but get additional clubcard points which I convert into decent rewards every so often Reviewed on: 11th June 2017

Can find cover for most things

They are not always the cheapest but do seem to be able to obtain cover for most risks. Young drivers, competition cars, self build, most commercial risks, airside etc. Reviewed on: 13th August 2016

Popped in to pay in a cheque and asked ad advosor in the branch for some advice. She was really helpful and advised me about the best way to minimise the risk of fraud and cheapest way to transfer money between accounts and earn some interest while still having instant access should I need it Reviewed on: 29th June 2016
