Easy and reliable

The App is easy to use and has been reliable. Cashback works well and is a good incentive. Customer service via the app has worked fine the odd occasion I have used it. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

Easy to use and reliable

The interface with Chase via the App is very straight forward. In my experience the App has been reliable, is quick to use and is easy to navigate. The 1% cashback on expenditure is a good bonus and keeps me interested in using Chase. Reviewed on: 19th February 2024

Simple and straightforward

Very easy and straightforward to obtain the loan from Zopa. It's also easy to manage your account online after setting up. I also like that Zopa does not bombard you with letters/emails when you are a customer. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021
