Fantastic personal, authentic customer service

I moved to Metro Bank from another global bank. I have been really impressed with their service and attention to detail. When ever I call I get a real person who is friendly, authentic, is very happy to help and more impressively, seems to like doing the work they do! Reviewed on: 21st March 2021
