I used to always feel like so many extra steps to transfer money and adding new payee coming from an internet bank like Monzo. But when I heard that accounts are freezing and money is being lost because of no extra steps then I realised those extra steps really worth it. When I went for shopping I was on a shopping spree then they suspended my account for a while until they get a confirmation from me. At first I was so annoyed with that but later got to know it is a privacy measure of the bank then I felt the bank is thinking about me as a well wisher. The experience with the Metro Bank is something like a family member. Reviewed on: 21st March 2021
