Best Customer Service

They are open 7 days a week so I can always visit the branch and very good customer service is provided, and the best customer service was when I lost my wallet and it was Sunday, went to the Metro branch and they were really helpful within minutes sorted everything for me, the lost card was cancelled and they printed me a new debit card in the branch which I could use straight away, whereas the other bank I bank with I had to wait 7 days to get a replacement card. Best Customer Service

A year ago I lost my wallet, and I remember the hassle I had to go through to have cards as I had a bank account with other banks as well, and as everything is through cards these days, I had no cash on me, whereas the Card and PIN take days to come through by post, therefore, I walked into Metro Branch on Sunday as that is the day I lost my wallet and only Metro Bank was open, I was surprised when I explained the situation to them, they got me new bank card printed in the branch and I was able to use it right away. Since then Metro Bank is my favourite and whoever asks me which bank to go for, Metro Bank is the first choice. Reviewed on: 21st March 2021
