Good Current Account

Their current account product is excellent however their loan service is lacking. The support for loans when there's difficulty repaying monthly payments is somewhat lacking. They need to introduce holiday payments as the option they offer doesn't cut the mustard. Reviewed on: 24th February 2026

Decent alternative account however app needs work

The biscuit account is good however the criticism is aim more at the app whereby it needs slightly more polishing as it sometimes crashes and transfers from accounts occasionally fail. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Steady meaningful improvements

The bank has made steady improvements to its service and has expanded its product portfolio with several genuinely useful additions, offering a strong alternative to high street banking. The app has also seen improvements; however, there is still room for development, as it can sometimes be slow to reflect account balances when transfers are made in or out. Lastly, while Zopa offers three support solutions for customers with loans who are struggling to make repayments, these are not particularly helpful in practice. What is really needed are payment holidays. This is where Zopa falls short in my opinion, and the institution should offer more meaningful support to customers who have loans with them. Does what it says on the tin

Snoop is a great application in many way. The UI is super simple to navigate and it has saved me money. I like the handy snoops that pop up that encourages the user to delve deeper into their finances. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021
