Good online banking experience

App easy to follow and easily accessible. Only had to call Customer Service on 2 occasions.Both times my call answered within a minute and issues rectified fairly quickly by friendly advisors. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Why did I not discover this bank sooner.

Been with Chase just under a year.Great range of services,both in Savings Account and Cashback also.Refreshing to speak to a human being when Customer Service needed....Only called once,was answered within 3 rings...no waiting time,question dealt with by an extremely friendly and helpful advisor.Faultless bank and service for me.
