Leak of professionalism

Very rude the Metro Bank workers. It’s nearly half a year since I ask them to stop the acces of people who still money from my account, but they just ignoring me and don’t do anything to sort out the problem. At the end just keep delaying and lies. What is so bad is the fact that after I ask them to block the fraud and give me a new card, they passed the new card details to the guys that ripping my account... Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021
