Great overall service

I opened a business account with Metro Bank a few years ago, having switched from NatWest Business Banking and have had a really positive customer experience up until to now. Metro Bank has been extremely understanding of my business needs, and has provided me with what feels very much like a personalised service. The bank's customer services, opening hours, and clean, well staffed branches are all things that have stood out to me when compared to other high street banks. Great Service

I made the switch to Metro Bank from another bank at the tail end of 2018 - as part of incentivised switching scheme. It was quite difficult deciding upon which bank to transfer my business to; however, after a bit of research and comparing the various services on offer - it was a somewhat easy decision. The transition from my old bank, and onboarding proceed was first class from start to finish and the high level service has only continued since. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
