A Brilliant and Friendly Service

Anytime I need some assistance, it's not far away, and Metro Bank doesn't make it impossibly tricky to get in touch or to speak to the correct people. The online banking is simple and effective, giving me access to all my accounts on one easily navigated home page, and allowing me to set up new payees or send money to existing ones with no issues. The security is brilliant and the fraud team even more so, as they sorted out my case immediately and made me feel secure in doing so. I have recommended Metro Bank to many people and will continue in doing so. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
