Switching banks so easy

Recently had a poor experience with excess charging at Lloyds. Advised the telephone operative that I was considering transferring to another bank. She replied that this was a matter for me. This couldn't care-a-less customer approach led me to change banks the next day. TSB have been fabulous. The move has been seamless. All my Direct Debits and Standing Orders were transferred without me having to do a thing. Very impressed with the TSB. I will also receive £130 within a few weeks, £10 per month for the first year and interest on my balance. Never worry that changing banks is complicated. It's not. If you're unhappy, do it.
