Great savings pots & fast transfers!

Much quicker to transfer money between accounts or send money overseas, great rates, easy to send money quickly to family. Any issues that arise the chat feature for customer service is easy to use and the CS reps are always super helpful and resolve your issue. They also give you lots of information which you don't get with other banks. The shopping discounts change frequently, which is a cool feature. And being able to create different pots to save for different things in, really does help to keep you on track with bills & savings. Have recommended to everyone! Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Any questions I had when I opened my account were answered immediately and clearly. I had to ring a couple of times with queries about transfers, and the guy I spoke too was super friendly and talked me through everything. Twice! :) Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
