Good basic account, not good for travelling abroad though.

This is a good basic account, but there are a few limitations on the web access (refreshes the screen while you are trying to log in and transaction cannot be si ply copied and pasted into excel due to double lines (copy to word first)) and if you're travelling abroad, you can only give them a limited number of destinations and EXACT days you will be in each country - useless if you're travelling on a flexible timeline! Good bank overall, very few niggles. Reliable and decent.

No real problems, which is all you really want from a bank. Everything works well, but the website could be better (couldn't they all?). Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
