Efficiency & manners

This is rare on the best occasions but they managed to stay totally calm whilst I was not best pleased when my solicitor stated that they had sent my rather large deposit back. Checked my account believing it was a joke, no my money was now stuck in limbo. Asked them too raise my money limit for my new business account. Answer was No. Who has ever heard of a bank account that refuses a large deposit direct from a solicitor's account. It was a first time for me, fortunately I was given some very much needed advice which resolved the whole situation so I ended up relieved with a large grin having thanked them for just going the extra mile with out cutting me off (which seems to be the norm at present).
