Bank that goes the extra mile to provide customer service

I am a very happy metrobank customer since their early days in London. Best customer service bar none. Always friendly and available even throughout this current madness. I lost my card in Switzerland once and they sent me money through western union within minutes...and that was on sunday. They are more like a personal concierge service then a traditional bank. There hasnt been a single negative experience in 9 years. Also they're foreign exchange rate is based on FX rather than bank of england which means im always getting the best rates Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
