Supportive and helpful

An informative organisation. Having been sent initial letters about system changes, I called in to find out why I was unable to access my business card from an external cash till. Having gone through the initial security checks, I was helped by a very informative woman in the customer care Team. She mentioned again that the system was changed, hopefully there should be a remedy soon. So I recommend that the changes happen ASAP. Would be great to see Cash plus operating as a Bank.
