Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Human, Friendly, Efficient

Have just had a direct comparison between HSBC and Metro Bank... HSBC kept me waiting for ages on the telephone, constantly telling me that it would be 'easier and faster to do it on-line'. However, the reason I was calling them by telephone was because the online option hadn't worked. Let’s face it, no-one wants to listen to pre-recorded excuses & irrelevant options out of choice! The other thing they kept saying? “we are experiencing high call volumes”. Which is the same every time I call them – so essentially a lie. The Metro experience could not have been more different. One round of options and straight through to a lovely person who quickly sorted out my requirement. Excellent. Well done, Keep it up. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
