Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Chrging for an account not used

If an account is not used they continue charging a maintenance fee. This is something every other bank (and I've dealt with all of the big boys) refund the fees at least one time. Metro refuse to do so. So for doing nothng at all, they charge me a monthly fee - why? Tesco don't charge me when I don't trade with them, even companies with poor customer service records such as Ryan Air. Why does Metro think it can? Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
