Lack of customer service

My daughter had two duplicate amounts taken from her account, I queried it and it looked to have been corrected but when I looked into it further, her balance from 4 days prior to the issue had been altered by the duplicated amount. Three time I queried it and three times I got the same answer, word for word. Apparently the system amends the balances going backwards so that the total is right (even thought it’s wrong!). It doesn’t sound the right thing to do to me and really doesn’t make sense. I will be leaving this company as soon as I can, awful customer service. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
