Step change saved my life

Been on dmp for a few years. Excellent online system and always clear advice. I was at rock bottom when I first contacted them but they really helped and I'm in a much better place financially, and therefore coping a lot better. The online tools are good and even give suggested amounts for some budget items. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Helpline Useless

Had a problem with the app and I was on phone for over half an hour trying to fix it. Cost me a lot in call costs, it was their fault and they wouldn't reimburse call cost. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
