Opening Existing member acc

The ID process was cumbersome especially as I am an existing customer and therefore known to you. Seems a bit pointless to have to send you a bank statement from the bank which is already nominated with you.it then took several secure messages and phone calls to confirm the account was open before I could pay money in.
