Outstanding customer service

Samantha called me from the Abingdon branch after I responded to a suggested review. She explained the options and made it very easy for me to open a members account. Samantha called back later and explained the next steps very clearly. I went to the branch next day and Samantha and her colleague sorted everything for me. I really appreciate being able to talk to and deal with real people rather than facing the inevitable frustrations of the internet. If only the rest of modern life was as easy as this!
