Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Opening hours

I mainly joined Metro bank for my business banking because of the extended opening hours compared with other banks. The actual bank also has fresh & attractive look. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and subsequent change in opening hours which are less than half of the original opening hours when I joined Metro Bank in 2017 I am less happy at the moment. I have been fortunate and have been able to mostly rebuild my business so I now work 9 til 5 most week days. I am also fortunate that I've been able to purchase a Sum-up machine to enable me to now take at least half of my payments. I although I understand the dilemma for staff at Metro so far as providing a service and keeping themselves safe against Covid-19 I just wanted to let you know that at the moment I find the opening hours to be too short for my needs. I am sure that I'm not the only customer who has this problem but just wanted to highlight this issue.
