PayPal is great for many things, it’s the one of the...

PayPal is great for many things, it’s the one of the only services that I have found that allows buyers to transact across the internet using a method that can be trusted. I do feel that PayPal customer services can be lacking in knowledge and the ability to directly make decisions or action anything meaningful. I also find that the automated emails in relation to compliance etc are unhelpful and very vague, this is very frustrating and caused me to almost ditch PayPal for another service. Excellent banking app, convenient, functional and very well thought out.
