Opening a new savings account

After requesting two call backs that never materialised, I took it upon myself to call, which was a bit disappointing. Then when I managed to speak to someone, I was initially told that the product I wanted was no longer available(withdrawn that very morning!). However, as it was on record that I had previously requested a call back prior to this, Newbury BS honoured the savings product. My account is open & I'm happy with the outcome.
