Easy, approachable loan people

I needed to take out a loan to build a ramp to give me wheelchair access. Contacted ESCU. They were very helpful and did a quick but thorough assessment of what I could afford, and explained their policy to get people used to saving a regular amount. They made a loan offer and detailed all the costs. I felt safe dealing with them rather than one of the awful payday loan sharks. The money was transferred to my bank account promptly. I now save regularly and have a safe, reliable contact if I need something in the future. Reviewed on: 27th March 2021
