Only Niggles

Easy secure access by internet, mobile and high street. Excellent customer service on all platforms - especially during lock-in. "Doorstep banking" particularly helpful for simple transactions. The only niggle is mobile statements log out too quickly - how about a "home alone" button or a "stay!" voice command? I hope you can afford to keep your current configuration. Thank you anyway.
