Exceptional focus on customer experience

Metro Bank offers a unique combination of "bricks" and "clicks". The commitment to a strong high street branch, including long opening hours during "lockdown", is most exceptional. Internet banking and the mobile App work well too. Reviewed on: 28th March 2021
