Once you have experienced banking with Starling, (and especially if you have had your grounding formed in experiences with the older stalwart banking providers). you realise immediately that this is a bank that works with you to provide a service tailored to transactional needs…using a language of clarity. I have found myself being increasingly reliant on my Starling account. The ease of accessing to gain an idea of balance etc...the timely notifications of all incomings and outgoings without having to engage with passcodes and multi-stage factor authentication protocols is truly welcome. After over 25 years with another bank and being completely fed up with their evolved and yet still antiquated banking app, Starling is a very welcome breath of fresh air.
