Review of the Starling Bank, Business Account:

I cannot fault Starling Bank...

We transfered our business account to Starling, from a well known high street bank. We were a little unsure of the 'no branches' approach of Starling, but over 12 months later, I can hand on my heart say that we couldn't be happier. The app works brilliantly, it's easy to see what is coming in and what is going out. Their support time actually take the time to read your query, and you get a response to YOUR query, not some scripted answer that others like HMRC give you back. Other organisations should take a look at how Starling deal with their customers, and try to follow.... Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
