All banking should be this good

After decades of terrible service jumping from one high street bank to another finding that they're all the same money orientated monster I finally found Starling.... Customer focus and service is phenomenal and the financial side shows this in abundance. I haven't seen any product or service offered yet that isn't customer orientated. Matching the right product for the customer's needs not profit ! I think that says it all. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
