Excellent first year

Transferred from first direct due to their poor treatment of me. The transfer was seamless and banking has been problem free. My occasional 'chats' to address queries have been addressed quickly so overall I a am very satisfied. To make it perfect a sensible interest rate on funds would be welcomed. Banking as it should be

I had a seamless transfer into Starling; it went so smoothly I should have done it much earlier but had needlessly held back in case of transition problems. Day to day use of the app is straightforward with useful features to allocate funds to various savings pots. I particularly like the advance warning of upcoming payments and instant confirmation of completed payments. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
