Contactable 24/7 easy to contact by phone. Have both personal and business banking with them and the app is so easy to use and interact with. No charges either for failed direct debits. Would recommend them to anyone. Even though online bank you can pay money in at the post office. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

After having such a rubbish experience with my orevious bank I was referred to Starling and I am really happy with them. Wish I switched months ago. My bank didn't even do that properly even adding fees after I had switched. So easy to use as I have business and personal accounts. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
