Great service overall, good customer service. However not as many perks as some banks. :)

I have banked with Santander for around seven years with both a current & savings account. Account terms are fair & the customer service has been consistently good no matter what my concern has been. I find the online banking app to be extremely useful to keep up to date with my finances & transfer my funds between my accounts. My only wish would be for the account to have more perks as I do not have enough to change to the 123 account, it would be nice as a loyal cu... Reviewed on: 29th January 2015
