Banking as it should be

I applied for our Starling account at the same time as a Barclays account. Our Starling account was up and running within hours and the card arrived a couple of days later. Barclays could not complete the sign up without extra documentation and human intervention and eventually we just gave up with them. We have been super happy with Starling, it's so easy to use and feels really secure. Starling have also been responsive when we have had to reach out to them.
