Easy to use & no technical problems

Switched over to Starling around 6 months ago during the height of the pandemic. I have no problems at all and it’s not a bank I’d really heard of before but I am so impressed and can see why it is award winning. All my direct debits from previous bank have been carried over etc and no technical problems. So easy and straight forward to use no hidden and complicated functions but at the same time security isn’t breached. I would highly recommend. At first I was wary due to not having a branch but it’s rare I would visit a branch anyway these days and post offices are everywhere with flexible opening hours if needed.
