Simple, secure, and easy to use

I have been a customer with NatWest for 20 years and downloaded the app as soon as it was made available. The app has come along leaps and bounds since the beginning. I really like the added security features with the face ID and the blink feature. (I have been a victim of fraud before and this makes me feel secure in using the app). The additional features such as the chatbot and the easy apply for other products that it recommends for me personally have helped me weigh up different credit card options. Really enjoy using it and have recommended it to friends and family. Reviewed on: 19th January 2023
