They are incredibly helpful and listen to what you have to say and advise you accordingly so it’s stress free and low interest and I know my money isn’t being used for investment accept other people better than other banks

They have been informative and helped me borrow money explaining and making sure it’s within my budget and transparency was excellent good customer service taking the time to keep me informed and up to date
Really glad I can save with them as I like that the money is not invested and for the people
