Ease of access to your funds

I moved my savings out of Manzo as they were cutting their rates and you had to wait a minimum of 24 hours before you could lift your money. Zopa is much better as you can transfer money from your savings and get immediate access to it! Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Excellent service

My overall rating is 4 star and the only reason for that is that since joining Metro when I lived in England, I have moved to Scotland and there are no branches near me now. However their service and staff are second to none and I would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Growth hasn't changed their policies

I joined the credit union in 2014 and it was a small company, based in a shop in a back street in Brighton. Since then they have expanded enormously but the treatment of their clients is still the personal touch with empathy. I have actually moved from the area but have remained a client of the credit union as they are efficient, effective and I know they look after my money. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
