Excellent ideas bringing banking forward

The app is fantastic, ease of use to get onto desktop banking if requited. The marketplace helps with 3rd party products but not forced on you. Ease of spending if abroad and the option of an account to spend makes it easier. 24 hr customer service blows traditional banks out of the water. Look forward to many years dealing with Starling. Already highly recommend.

I have a personal and joint account with starling. 24 hr customer service and ease of use on the app and desktop banking. Spending categories helps to show where my money is actually going. Adding money to move to savings is a great idea to make me save when spending. Knowing when money is coming out 24 hours before so your prepared is an excellent idea. Also when it has left your account and where you spent it. All in all a great Bank which has made me move from a traditional high street bank. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
